As per the Companies Act, 2013 and the notice of Annual General Meeting, certain documents are kept available for inspection by shareholders. These documents may be inspected at the registered office or during the AGM.

How to Inspect Documents
Before the AGM
Documents are available for inspection at the registered office of the company during business hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) on all working days except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, from the date of AGM notice until the date of AGM.
During the AGM
For physical AGMs, documents are kept available at the venue for inspection by shareholders attending the meeting. For virtual AGMs, select documents may be made available for download on the company website.
Who Can Inspect
- Registered shareholders of the company
- Authorized representatives of corporate shareholders
- Proxies appointed by shareholders (with valid proxy form)
Requesting Inspection
To inspect documents at the registered office, shareholders may contact the Company Secretary in advance to schedule an appointment and verify their shareholding.
Legal Provisions
Section 117 - Companies Act, 2013
Requires companies to maintain statutory registers and make them available for inspection by members. Inspection of registers is subject to payment of prescribed fees.
Section 94 - Companies Act, 2013
Register of members must be kept at the registered office and be available for inspection by any member without charge and by any other person on payment of prescribed fee.
AGM Notice Requirements
The notice of AGM must specifically mention documents that are kept available for inspection, where they can be inspected, and the time period during which inspection is available.
